EAR80r are ECA latest series of POST seal reel to reel AOI machine. The solution integrates the latest technologies in Vision optics, illumination, and advance image processing software to provide a complete reel to reel post seal inspection.
The compact machine design has a single or dual vision camera with build in lenses and illumination solution, configurable to perform multiple defect inspection, targeting absent/present, corner chip, crack, contamination, tape and sealing quality.
The machine delivers a sprint UPH up to 25K (1x1mm die size). The system equipped with a single or dual reel input/output with auto reel rewind upon completion of the inspection process
