The TJT32 series rotary transfer handler is a fully automated turret consisting of 32-station rotary pick-up and transfer handler. It is specifically designed to cater for package such as TSSOP, QFN, or SOIC. The Vice Versa Single Tube with Auto Bulk Loading design, capable of transferring devices from Plastic Tube to Jedec tray in vice versa mode. An extension of additional Tube Loader enable TJT32 to perform yet another Vice Versa transfer from Plastic Tube to Jedec tray of a different device packages (Optional). The standard TJT32 can produce high throughput up to 15,000 UPH depends on the package type and size. Optional Vision system is strategically integrated in the standard TJT32 to provide comprehensive range of inspection solution.
