The TTM32 series rotary sorting and transfer handler is a fully automated turret consisting of 32-station rotary pick-up and transfer handler. It is specifically designed to cater for package such as DSO, TSSOP, or QFN. The Dual track load/unload with Auto Bulk Loading design, capable of transferring devices from Plastic Tube to Metal tray with Auto Brush module to brush off modl flashes. The standard TTM32 can produce high throughput up to 22,000 UPH depends on the package type and size. Optional Vision system is strategically integrated in the standard TTM32 to provide comprehensive range of inspection solution. Due to the versatile modular design, TTM32 allows customized configuration to suit your process. With cost effective concept and technically advanced features, TTM32 series Media Transfer is truly an affordable system for growing competitive semiconductor industry.
